Technical Representatives, Inc. announced today that it has signed a

specializes in the outsourcing of sales channel management allowing
HiTechRep to represent Empirix,

communications. HiTechRep, based in Honolulu, is now able to provide
the local tele/data communications providers and users with world
class IP based quality assurance solutions.

VoIP, NGN, and IMS-based networks.
Enterprise
testing and monitoring products
can help assure the quality of the customer-agent experience in the
contact center.
Service
Provider testing and monitoring products
can help assure the quality of the subscriber experience for IP
network services from providers.
Equipment
Manufacturer testing and monitoring products
can help assure the quality of new network products.
Hammer
Test Engine™ - the industry de-facto standard
Fundamental
to all of these products and services is the Hammer
Test Engine™,
an industry-unique technology that is the key reason why Empirix
products test and assure service quality better than any other
solutions on the market.
In
short, the Hammer
Test Engine™
reproduces realistic user behaviors on networks and applications to
assure their quality will stand-up to real-world loads and scenarios,
both in an out-of-service testing and in-service monitoring basis.
Validating to realistic user behaviors is the only way to assure
networks, applications, and equipment will meet service levels in
production environments. Anything less creates a false sense of
quality assurance.
Along
with the signing of the agreement was a three day training session
that took place at the Empirix facilities in Bedford, MA and attended
by HiTechRep personnel.
